Wine takes center stage at Novello Sotto il Castello.
As the organizers have stated, Novello Sotto il Castello 2024 will offer visitors a three-day event dedicated primarily to its star: wine. Dozens of Apulian winemakers will offer their glasses to patrons, showcasing the excellence of their products. All this will take place in the shadow of Conversano’s elegant Norman manor.
Art, craft markets, and food.
Walking through the historic center, perhaps sipping a DOC red wine from Puglia, you can take advantage of the “open churches” initiative, a great opportunity to admire the artistic beauty of this town just a few kilometers from Bari. In addition to the churches, the local tourist board will organize visits to Conversano’s artistic sites. Walks through the surrounding countryside are also planned. In the 2024 edition, thanks to the partnership with Radio Norba, music will be the focus of the event. A
stage will be set up in Piazza Castello, where renowned DJ Tommy Vee will perform, among others.
